Learners will explore the use of different tools and techniques, via a range of platforms to cultivate online conversational styles to model organisational standards, narratives, and brands. Developing soft skills is an integral part of the pathway, with design principals taught mirroring employer requirements that aim to successfully forge a lasting career in digital marketing, and community engagement.
